Celebrating 30 Years of Reentry Work

For 30 years, Operation Hope Prison Ministry has been providing hope, help, and second chances to returning citizens and their families. What began as a small ministry effort has grown into a statewide reentry organization dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers to successful reintegration. Through the faithful support of donors, volunteers, churches, and community partners, thousands of lives have been impacted with practical assistance, encouragement, and opportunities for a fresh start. As we celebrate this milestone, we honor our past, embrace our future, and remain committed to restoring lives and strengthening communities for generations to come.

Make an Impactful Donation (Pre-Event)

  • Our Reentry Triage Backpacks cost $125 each and contain new socks, underwear, jeans, a shirt, hygiene supplies, and snacks. New bras are custom-ordered for female participants as needed. These backpacks provide essential necessities to support individuals as they reenter the community and work toward stability and self-sufficiency.

  • We invest an average of $750 per reentry client to remove barriers to successful reintegration. This support includes obtaining identification documents, providing a $125 Reentry Triage Backpack with new clothing, hygiene items, and snacks, and assisting with transportation, employment-related equipment, emergency housing, and food when needed. The investment also covers intake, case management, referrals, and follow-up services that help returning citizens achieve self-sufficiency and reduce recidivism.

  • We challenge you to sponsor 5 reentry clients with a gift of $3,750. Your sponsorship will help ten individuals obtain the basic resources, support, and guidance they need to secure employment, achieve stability, and successfully reintegrate into our community. A second chance can change a life. Your generosity can make ten second chances possible.

  • We challenge you to sponsor 10 reentry clients with a gift of $7,500. Your sponsorship will help ten individuals obtain the basic resources, support, and guidance they need to secure employment, achieve stability, and successfully reintegrate into our community.
